This Biopic is based off of the book Gilded Years, by Karin Tanabe.

Movie: A White Lie

Genre: Biopic, Thriller

Producers: Zendaya, Reese Witherspoon, and Lauren Neustadter

The story itself is about a mixed race woman of color, who « passes » as white, to attend Vassar College. Vassar(at the time)was the country’s most exclusive school for women.
