I am thankful for me being me, my health, the fact that I am alive, the fact that I do have family, and that I have family members who I love who are still alive.
I am thankful for the fact that there is a God. When there is no one who I can look up to and when I have some alone time, I can look up to the sun and sky and know that the higher power exists, especially when I look up at the sun and see that it is there.
I am thankful for the senses that I am blessed with. It is a joy to taste the many delicious foods that I eat, the beautiful and ugly things that exist, and the sensations of being able to touch and feel.

What are the best best color of leaves to you?
The best color of leaves to me come from poinsettias, pretty orange/brown leaves when they fall off trees in the fall, and purple leaves from some plants.
