I am thankful for me being me, my health, the fact that I am alive, the fact that I do have family, and that I have family members who I love who are still alive. I am thankful for the fact that there is a God. When there is no one who I can look up to and when I have some alone time, I can look up to the sun and sky and know that the higher power exists, especially when I look up at the sun and see that it is there. I am thankful for the senses that I am blessed with. It is a joy to taste the many delicious foods that I eat, the beautiful and ugly things that exist, and the sensations of being able to touch and feel. I am thankful for a lot of stuff.
