As the discussion continues, she mentions the fact that The Sequence was often overlooked for their contributions as songwriters to music such as "Uptown Funk" by Bruno Mars. She also breaks down why her group didn't get enough acknowledgment for inspiring "Keep Ya Heads Ringing" by Dr. Dre. Lastly, Angie gives a nod to Missy Elliot for mentioning The Sequence during her "Hollywood Walk of Fame" speech back in 2021.
