24-year-old Juan Miranda-Jara was arraigned on charges of first degree rape Tuesday after a 12-year-old girl showed up at a Tulsa hospital ready to give birth to his child July 14. Miranda-Jara showed up July 14 at Hillcrest Hospital in midtown Tulsa with the child in mid-labor expecting to become a proud new father, but he ended up under arrest, Tulsa Police Officer Danny Bean said.
